What You Get:

24 hour care in Chris' and my home.

This service will be single-family only, meaning pet(s) from just one family at a time will stay with us - this is not like boarding you would see at a kennel. Your pet will simply live with us while you're away. 

Currently, we are only intending to offer boarding for dogs, not cats, because cats are typically so sensitive to change and new environments. 

While your dog(s) are staying in our home with us,  they'll be pampered with all the affection they could dream of!

They'll have access to our toys, lickimats, snuffle mats, and puzzles, but feel free to bring some of their favorite toys with them. 

We'll take them out to play in the yard and they can run to their heart's content. 

We'll also take them on 2-3 walks per day, adding up to 1 hour total.

We may or may not take them to a nearby park.

Additional walks can be added at $15 for 30 minutes more!

Chris will remain at home with your dog(s) while I head out for our daily client walks, so they won't be alone.

They will always have someone keeping them company!

Expect to receive 3-5 text messages with photos and updates each day.

Please bring your dog's food as well as any medications or supplements they require. 

If your dog needs to be crated overnight, please bring their crate.

We have a dog bed, and they are welcome to sleep in our bed at night, but you may bring a bed if you wish.

Lastly, please bring their walking equipment (leash, harness, etc).

Prior to First Service:

If your dog has never boarded with us before, or it's been an extended period of time since their last visit with us, consider bringing them over for a free 15-20 minute visit to help desensitize them to this unfamiliar environment. 

This visit is optional, however; a trial stay is required - details are below.

For anxious dogs, you may wish to bring them over for 15 minute increments several times prior to their first trial stay.

We will not charge you any fees for these warm-up visits, even if you need to visit 5 or 6 times for your anxious pup. 

However, we do ask that you please limit your visit to 15-20 minutes.

Of course, these visits must be coordinated ahead of time. 

Please do not come to our home without an appointment - we might have another dog in our home at the time!

Trial Stay

We require ALL dogs who have not previously boarded with us to complete a trial stay: 1 full day of Day Boarding. 

This is to ensure that your dog will feel comfortable and safe staying with us for days. If your dog is very stressed during their Day Boarding trial, we will instead suggest In-Home Pet Sitting.
